Victoria McNair’s journey in education is rooted in a deep commitment to excellence, shaped by her heritage as a third-generation educator. Hailing from Belzoni, Mississippi, she has dedicated herself to the transformation of students’ lives through the power of language and leadership. With over two decades of experience in the classroom and beyond, her passion for fostering intellectual growth and personal development in students is evident in everything she does.

Victoria holds a B.A. in English from Dillard University in New Orleans, Louisiana, and furthered her expertise with an M.A. in English from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana. She earned an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Teacher Development from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas, equipping her with the knowledge and skills to guide others in the creation of dynamic educational experiences.

Beginning her teaching career in 2006, Victoria became a State of Texas certified teacher for grades 6-12 in English, later expanding her expertise to include Advanced Placement (AP) Literature & Composition, AP Language & Composition, and Dual Credit English. For ten years, she served high school students in Texas, offering a rigorous and enriching curriculum that challenged students to become critical thinkers and passionate readers and writers.

In 2016, Victoria took on an international adventure, moving to Kuwait to serve as the Vice Principal of Middle School at Dasman Bilingual School. Over five years, she worked tirelessly to foster a culture of academic excellence and personal growth within the school. Her leadership, combined with her dedication to educational development, earned her a promotion to KG Division Principal in 2021, where she continues to inspire and lead a diverse community of learners and educators.

Victoria’s educational passions lie in curriculum writing and implementation, as well as policy development. She believes that a thoughtfully constructed curriculum can unlock the potential in every student, and her work in both the classroom and in educational leadership reflects her dedication to creating equitable and impactful learning experiences. Victoria’s vision for education is grounded in the belief that education is not just about transferring knowledge, but about empowering students to think critically, question deeply, and create with confidence.

A lifelong lover of reading and traveling, Victoria is an avid learner herself. She strives to instill in her students the same love for exploration, whether that exploration takes place within the pages of a book or through the lens of new cultures and experiences. Mr. Wehann Human is a dedicated and innovative educational leader with over 16 years of experience in the field of education across four different countries.

Holding a Master’s Degree in Pedagogy, he is passionate about fostering a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment where every child can thrive.

Since joining Dasman Bilingual School in 2014, Mr. Wehann regarded the school as his second home. He is deeply committed to the success and well-being of all students and strongly believes in the power of collaboration between home and school. He encourages parents to take an active role in their child’s education, ensuring a strong foundation for lifelong learning.

My name is Rihab Abdel Khalek, and I hold the position of Middle School Principal at Dasman Bilingual School. With a background in leadership in education, I have dedicated my career to making a positive impact and a difference in students’ lives.

I have been in the education field for 20+ years. My journey as an educator began with a strong desire to inspire and guide students toward their fullest potential. Witnessing the growth and the success of my students has been the driving force behind my commitment to this profession.

Dasman Bilingual School is my second home. I appreciate its supportive community that fosters both personal and academic growth. The collaborative environment, dedicated staff, and passionate students create a family atmosphere that makes each day rewarding and fulfilling.

It is my privilege to serve as the High School Principal at Dasman Bilingual School. With 15 years of experience in education, I have dedicated my career to fostering an environment where students are challenged, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential. My passion for education stems from the belief that every student has the ability to grow, excel, and make a difference in the world. Learning extends beyond the classroom—it is about shaping character, building resilience, and preparing students for future success.

At Dasman, we are committed to academic excellence, personal growth, and global citizenship. What I enjoy most about being part of this community is witnessing our students’ transformation into confident, capable, and compassionate individuals. Seeing them overcome challenges, develop their skills, and achieve their goals is what drives me every day.

I am Mahmoud Alaaeldin, the Principal of the Special Needs Division. Before my recent appointment, I served as the school psychologist at DBS. This role allowed me to become familiar with the nature and needs of our students throughout the school. I have worked with special needs as a psychologist and psychotherapist for 14 years. I completed my master’s in Neuro-Clinical Psychology, and I’m currently pursuing my PhD.

Being a psychologist has opened avenues for me to apply various scientific methods to distinguish between students and their abilities, enabling us to provide the cognitive, behavioral, and academic support they need.

What I like the most in DBS is that our vision centers around “Never leave anyone behind.” We believe that our students possess unique skills that we must develop further and create opportunities for them to become productive citizens.

Khalil has about 25 years of experience in the education sector, and he has worked in the Middle East in international schools, and he has enhanced this experience by obtaining academic qualifications, as he holds a Ph.D. in linguistics.

Khalil leads the Arabic program at Dasman Bilingual School – State of Kuwait.

Khalil is an inspiring and passionate educational leader. He has led several initiatives that have made a clear contribution to the development of education, especially in developing the culture of the educational organizations, building strategic values, and building partnerships with civil society institutions. At the same time, he has leadership capabilities, public speaking, and planning and strategic thinking.

He has participated in leading the international accreditation in both the Council of international Schools (CIS) and the Association of British Schools and Universities (NESAC).

Because of his belief in professional development, he obtained a professional diploma in advanced educational leadership from Queen Rania Teacher Academy, which qualified him to join the training team in the advanced educational leadership program. In addition, he participated and organized many conferences and training workshops in the United States, Denmark, Jordan, Lebanon, and the Arab Gulf region.
